Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, with a strong understanding of warehouse management and performance monitoring. Responsibilities include overseeing hub operations, keeping track of KPIs, managing payments, and improving process efficiencies. Candidates must be willing to adapt to shifting work requirements and have a continuous learning mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution.
• Experience in a leadership role in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including parcel inbounding and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance and achievement of Hub KPIs.
• Implement process improvement initiatives.
