Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Manila seeks a finance professional to process Intercompany AR and AP transactions and perform reconciliation and ageing analyses. You will generate daily performance reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to clear IC items, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

The role requires a Finance or related degree, at least 6 months of related experience, and strong skills in SAP, MS Office, and in English communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in related field.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks as assigned by process leads.
• Ensure timely matching of Intercompany invoices.
• Conduct ageing analysis and clean-up as needed.
• Communicate with trading partners to clear Intercompany open items.
• Adhere to processes and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with other units (e.g., Poland).
• Maintain documentation according to team rules.
• Execute other official orders related to tasks.
