• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and digital sourcing tools.
• Experience in high-volume and specialized hiring.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to report and interpret data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to report onsite at Mall of Asia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
• Lead and optimize sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and niche talent communities.
• Utilize data analytics and sourcing metrics to improve campaign effectiveness and candidate engagement.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand talent needs and provide sourcing insights.
• Drive employer branding initiatives across digital channels to strengthen talent attraction.
• Explore and implement innovative sourcing tools, AI platforms, and automation solutions.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to inform sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
