Qualifications

• Approximately 6–8 years of vendor management or related experience.
• Proven track record managing third-party vendors and driving service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of vendor governance, SLA management, and financial monitoring.
• Ability to ensure contract terms are fair and implemented.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret performance and financial data.
• Compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end vendor management activities from selection to offboarding.
• Establish vendor governance frameworks with KPIs, SLAs, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor spend, billing accuracy, and budget alignment.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management including renewals.
• Ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance across engagements.
• Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal and cross-functional teams.
• Develop standardized vendor management processes and best practices.
