Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a seasoned Procurement leader to oversee Vendor Master Data (VMD) across markets. You will ensure timely delivery, governance, and compliance while leading a multi-site team and aligning with the NextGen Payments initiative.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Business Units to optimize VMD processes, improve performance, and drive strategic supplier engagement across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10 years of procurement, finance, or related business experience.
• Fluency in English (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end VMD delivery across markets and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
• Engage internal stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and Business Units.
• Drive governance, compliance, and audit readiness for VMD processes.
