Qualifications

• Must have minimum of 2–3 years of experience on PL/SQL.
• Must have minimum of 2–3 years of experience on Unix.
• Must be proficient with configuration management and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with script execution and batch job handling.
• Experience managing SIT/UAT/Production environments.
• Experience in data extraction and file imports/exports.
• Experience in access requests and mapper configurations.
• Knowledge of firewall whitelisting and component restarts.
• Vendor management and deployment processes experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform verification on all handoffs provided by the vendor.
• Move code from one environment to another.
• Manage access requests and mapper configurations.
• Execute scripts in SIT/UAT and install applications in SIT/UAT.
• Coordinate deployments to SIT/UAT/Production and manage batch jobs.
• Restart components and generate jar files in SIT/UAT.
• Package objects for deployment and copy mapper configuration files.
• Ensure vendor management, procurement, and deployment processes are followed.

Job Summary:

• He/she is responsible for performing verification on all handoffs provided by the vendor and files the requests for deployment. He is responsible in moving the code from one environment to another.
• The Vendor Support Analysts are technically skilled (e.g. PL/SQL) and have good communication skills to collaborate with the stakeholders of the project they support.
