Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Application Support & Programmer Analyst to provide second-level support for production incidents, coordinate maintenance with vendors, and drive application stability. You’ll also conduct testing, support system transitions, and maintain recovery procedures. Additionally, you’ll train junior programmers and provide technical guidance.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level support for production incidents; troubleshoot incidents, implement corrective actions, and support operational requests.
- Coordinate maintenance with vendors and ensure application stability.
- Prepare technical design documents and develop code based on requirements.
- Conduct testing and support system transitions; maintain recovery procedures.
- Train junior programmers and provide technical guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst with a focus on PL/SQL development (Non-negotiable).
- In-depth knowledge of RDBMS concepts and strong expertise in Oracle technologies (Non-negotiable).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX, ORDS, Oracle Scheduler (Non-negotiable).
- Experience with Data migration using ETL via Oracle (Non-negotiable).
- Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (Non-negotiable).
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Non-negotiable).
- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL (Non-negotiable).
- Experience with Bash/shell scripting (Non-negotiable).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team (Non-negotiable).
