Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably any pre-law course.
• 2-3 years experience in banking operations and contract management.
• Knowledge of outsourcing and service management concepts.
• Understanding of contract law principles, terms, and conditions.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication.
• Leadership, Coaching, and People Management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and reviews vendor contracts with business units to ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Enhances contract templates by incorporating negotiation insights and regulatory updates.
• Negotiate terms with vendors to align with service delivery requirements and strategic relationships.
• Propose process improvements to optimize contract management operations and controls.
• Manage all bank vendor contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and timely execution of NDAs and insurance bonds.
• Mentor contract management staff to ensure HR policy compliance and professional development.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on vendor contract terms and regulatory compliance; provide strategic negotiation guidance.
• Prepare and deliver detailed senior management reports on vendor engagements, compliance, and improvement progress.
