Job summary

The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Risk and Compliance Management Officer in Manila to support due diligence on third-party engagements and ensure service providers comply with bank policies and related party rules.

Responsibilities include reviewing RP Analysis to determine related party status, guiding RPT vetting proposals, documenting evaluations, and aligning processes with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any Business course.
• 2 years experience in banking operations.
• Knowledge in Outsourcing and Concepts of Service Management.
• Background with BSP Rules and Regulations on bank outsourcing.
• Cognizant of bank’s products, processes, and policies.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong ability with problem solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with technology and tools (e.g. MS Office, MS Teams, ERP systems).

Responsibilities

• Reviews RP Analysis to establish if a service provider is a related party or not.
• Reviews and assists business units on their RPT vetting proposals.
• Ensures proper documentation of related party evaluations.
• Ensures that internal processes are aligned with the RPT policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Aids the team where it deems fit
