Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks a Compliance Project Management and Implementation Officer to assist the CPMI Section Head in delivering regulatory compliance and AML automation initiatives. You will help standardize processes, improve oversight, and strengthen controls across the bank and its subsidiaries.

The role involves coordinating with IT and other units, preparing management and regulator reports, and addressing major production issues in compliance systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or IT software programming.
• 1–2 years of banking/regulatory compliance project automation and workflow automation.
• Skills in project management and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation and completion of project management and implementation activities such as definition of user requirements, user acceptance testing, project documents and monitoring of issues.
• Coordinates with bank information systems groups and service providers related to the projects and initiatives.
• Assists in the preparation of periodic reports to management, internal audit and regulators.
• Handles major production issues of the implemented Compliance and AML systems or workflows and resolves issues in a timely manner.
• Performs other related functions as assigned by supervisor.
