Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks an experienced Compliance Testing Officer to execute independent testing across the bank's units and support the test program. You will help develop methodologies, report issues, and coordinate with management on improvements.

The role requires 2 years of related experience in compliance/audit, risk management, or fraud control, with a background in business, law or IT.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Compliance/Audit, Risk Management, Fraud Control, Financial Services/Banking.

Responsibilities

• Performs regulatory independent compliance testing to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Reports findings/observations to business units via formal compliance reports.
• Recommends improvements and ensures compliance manuals stay up to date with regulations.
• Performs gap analysis and identifies potential compliance vulnerabilities or risks.
• Assists in monitoring, review, and consolidation of responses to regulatory findings for the Audit Committee or BSP.
• Prepares quarterly reports on key activities and compliance efforts for PDIC and BSP.
• Assists bank units with compliance-related issues/concerns.
