Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a Procurement Manager in the Philippines to oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle, vendor governance, and contingent workforce programs to improve efficiency, compliance and value across the organization.

You will lead contract reviews, negotiations, governance activities, and software asset management, coordinating with Legal, Risk, Global Finance, and IT while driving process improvements and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in business or finance; 6+ years in procurement/contract management.
• In-depth knowledge of contract management and procurement principles.
• Experience with sourcing and procurement systems and tools.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for third-party outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle activities: reviews, renewals, amendments and terminations.
• Lead vendor governance: scorecards, governance meetings, compliance with policies.
• Support workforce management for contingent resources and onboarding/offboarding.
• Provide procurement guidance to business leaders and stakeholders; resolve vendor issues.
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization across procurement and vendor management.
