Job summary

Bounty Fresh Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a field sales representative to drive poultry product sales within the assigned territory. You will promote products to existing and potential customers, deliver orders on time, and develop strong relationships to grow market share.

You will meet daily targets and coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure proper handling, storage, and timely dispatch. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in van selling, route selling, or FMCG sales preferred.
• Experience in poultry, meat, or food distribution is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, hardworking, and goal-oriented.
• Physically fit and willing to handle loading and unloading of products.
• Familiar with the assigned sales territory and routes.
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with the appropriate restriction/code.
• Willing to work on field assignments and travel within the designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote poultry products to existing and potential customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver products accurately and on time based on customer orders.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of poultry products during transport.
• Prepare and submit daily sales, collection, inventory, and route reports.
• Collect customer payments in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory and reconcile stocks before and after each delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned delivery vehicle.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure timely loading and dispatch.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, and company operational standards.
