Job summary

Choa’s for Everything Supermarket in the Philippines is seeking a Van Salesman to grow sales by visiting assigned routes, presenting products, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery. You will build strong relationships with store owners and retailers and meet daily sales targets.

You will load, merchandise, collect payments, and manage cash securely, while maintaining vehicle inventory and vehicle condition.

Qualifications

• At least College Level.
• With experience in Delmonte and ColPal sales or route selling is a strong advantage.
• Valid professional driver’s license (Restriction 1, 2, 3).
• Knowledgeable in basic sales processes and customer handling.
• Physically fit and able to lift products when needed.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be assigned in Bataan and Zambales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily route selling and delivery of Delmonte and ColPal products to assigned stores or areas.
• Promote products, suggest orders, and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Load, unload, and merchandise products at customer locations.
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and manage cash and documents securely.
• Maintain accurate inventory of stocks inside the delivery van.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, safe, and in proper running condition.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned route.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and order summaries.
• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team for stock replenishment and delivery needs.
