Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. in Laguna is seeking a Delivery Van Sales Associate to promote poultry products and manage key accounts along designated routes.

You will deliver orders, meet daily sales targets, maintain strong customer relationships, and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely loading and dispatch across Calamba territories. Strong communication and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in van or route selling preferred.
• Experience in poultry/food distribution is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, hardworking and goal-oriented.
• Willing to handle loading/unloading and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote poultry products to existing and potential customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver products accurately and on time based on customer orders.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of poultry products during transport.
• Prepare and submit daily sales, collection, inventory, and route reports.
• Collect customer payments in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory and reconcile stocks before and after each delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned delivery vehicle.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure timely loading and dispatch.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, and company operational standards.
