Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is expanding its field sales team in the Philippines. The role focuses on selling and promoting poultry products to existing and new customers, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets, and ensuring on-time deliveries.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage routes, handle payments per policy, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure proper loading and dispatch while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in van selling, route selling, or FMCG sales is preferred.
• Experience in poultry, meat, or food distribution industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, hardworking, and goal-oriented.
• Willing to handle loading and unloading of products.
• Familiar with the assigned sales territory and routes.
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with the appropriate restriction/code.
• Willing to work on field assignments and travel within the designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote poultry products to existing and potential customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver products accurately and on time based on customer orders.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of poultry products during transport.
• Prepare and submit daily sales, collection, inventory, and route reports.
• Collect customer payments in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory and reconcile stocks before and after each delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned delivery vehicle.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure timely loading and dispatch.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, and company operational standards.
