Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior valuation lead to join their pioneer team in a growing global service center. You will lead valuation projects across businesses, intangible assets, and financial instruments for M&A, reporting, restructuring, and advisory work.

The successful applicant will oversee financial models, ensure regulatory compliance, support client pitches, manage key relationships, and develop the team while collaborating with global colleagues and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• CPA/CFA/FRM or in progress preferred.
• 5+ years valuation experience in Big 4 or similar environment.
• Strong valuation techniques and financial modelling expertise.
• Exposure to financial instruments and real estate valuation is a plus.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation projects for M&A, reporting, restructuring, and advisory work.
• Oversee development and review of financial models, ensuring sound assumptions and methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal quality requirements.
• Support business growth through proposals, client pitches, and market strategy initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor while managing key client relationships.
• Lead and develop team members, driving performance and capability building.
• Collaborate with global teams and senior leadership on delivery and practice development.
• Contribute to industry engagement and thought leadership efforts.
