Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior valuation lead to join their pioneer team in a growing global service center. You will lead valuation projects across businesses, intangible assets, and financial instruments for M&A, reporting, restructuring, and advisory work.

The successful applicant will oversee financial models, ensure regulatory compliance, support client pitches, manage key relationships, and develop the team while collaborating with global colleagues and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• CPA/CFA/FRM or in progress preferred.
• 5+ years valuation experience in Big 4 or similar environment.
• Strong valuation techniques and financial modelling expertise.
• Exposure to financial instruments and real estate valuation is a plus.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead valuation projects covering businesses, intangible assets, and financial instruments for M&A, reporting, restructuring, and advisory work

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant certification (CPA, CFA, FRM) or in progress preferred
• 5+ years of valuation experience in a Big 4 audit firm, professional services, consulting, or similar environment
• Strong expertise in valuation techniques and financial modelling
• Exposure to financial instruments and real estate valuation is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple engagements
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment
• Strong English communication skills
