Job description

Role and Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, conducting, and managing various valuation engagements.

Excellent communication skills are required for interacting with clients, auditors, and partners.

Managing a team while being accountable for the weekly progression and reporting of the engagement to the respective account head in the team.

Responsible and accountable for quality control and accuracy of deliverables.

Oversees multiple engagements simultaneously.

Works collaboratively with the team and is a positive contributor to the firm’s culture.

Participates in firmwide initiatives and contributes to the firm’s growth.

Leads, trains, and mentors the team, typically comprising assistant & associate managers, senior analysts, analysts /associates;

Planning for internal and external training for the team’s personal and professional development.
