Job summary

Michael Page, a leading Philippines-focused private equity firm based in Makati, is seeking a senior investment professional to originate, evaluate and execute opportunities aligned with its strategy.

You will lead financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and investment recommendation processes, while supporting transaction structuring and investor reporting. Strong finance background and leadership needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or similar roles.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills; solid stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Originate, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities aligned with the firm's strategy.
• Lead financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and investment recommendations.
• Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and preparation of materials for investment and board review.
• Contribute to portfolio value creation, investor reporting, fundraising activities, and market research.
