Ubiquity seeks a Valuations Manager to lead risk management, financial analysis, and client engagements in a dynamic valuation practice. The role focuses on overseeing complex valuation models (DCF, comparables) and ensuring accurate reports while mentoring staff and driving profitability.

The candidate should have 6–8 years in business valuation with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and strong communication and Excel/finance tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in business valuation.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proven experience in valuation projects related to transactions and financial reporting.
• Deep technical expertise in valuation modeling (DCF, comps, intangible assets, options).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Appropriately manage risk and ensure quality control procedures are being executed.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modeling, DCF, and comparable market analysis.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking with potential clients and preparing proposals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of valuation reporting, and supervise engagement delivery.
• Mentor and train new staff in valuation practices; oversee budgeting, billing, and collections for engagements.
