Ubiquity seeks a Valuations Manager to lead risk management, financial analysis, and client engagements in a dynamic valuation practice. The role focuses on overseeing complex valuation models (DCF, comparables) and ensuring accurate reports while mentoring staff and driving profitability.
The candidate should have 6–8 years in business valuation with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and strong communication and Excel/finance tool proficiency.

Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in business valuation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Proven experience managing valuation projects related to transactions, financial reporting (e.g., purchase price allocations, impairment testing, equity-based compensation, complex securities), ESOPs, or estate & gift planning.
Deep technical expertise in valuation modeling, including DCF, comparable company, intangible asset, and option pricing models.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex valuation concepts clearly and effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with databases such as Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team of valuation professionals.
