Qualifications

• 6–8 years in business valuation with at least 2 years in supervision
• Experience managing valuation projects related to transactions and financial reporting
• Deep technical expertise in valuation modeling (DCF, comps, intangibles, options)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; convey complex concepts clearly
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Capital IQ and Bloomberg

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation engagements and serve as primary client contact
• Develop and oversee complex valuation models (DCF, comps, scenario analysis)
• Ensure quality and compliance of valuation reports and presentations
• Mentor and train junior staff in valuation techniques and processes
• Manage budgeting, billing, and collections for engagements
• Identify opportunities for expanding valuation services and client relationships
• Provide strategic insights on financial risks and opportunities for clients
