Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Valuations Manager to lead complex valuation engagements with a focus on DCF, market comps, and scenario analysis. You will manage client relationships, mentor staff, and drive profitability through effective budgeting and billing. Strong communication and Excel prowess are essential.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in valuation, with at least 2 years in supervision, and experience with Capital IQ and Bloomberg.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in business valuation with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing valuation projects for transactions, financial reporting, ESOPs, or estate & gift planning.
• Deep technical valuation modeling knowledge including DCF and comps.

Responsibilities

• Manage risk and ensure quality control procedures are executed.
• Conduct financial analysis, including modeling and DCF analysis.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
• Lead valuation engagements as primary client contact and ensure on-time delivery.
• Mentor staff and oversee budgeting, billing, and collections.
