Job summary

VALUE METRICS, INCORPORATED is seeking a senior valuation leader to review and oversee valuation and appraisal projects for M&E. You will supervise a team of valuation officers and analysts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of reports while supporting client engagements.

The role involves collaborating with the management team to refine methodologies and best practices, and representing the company at client meetings and industry events as needed. PRC license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading valuation projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to mentor valuation officers and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Review, lead and oversee valuation/appraisal projects of M&E.
• Supervising and mentoring Valuation Officers / Appraisers within the valuation team.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of valuation reports.
• Collaborate with Management to support strategic client engagements.
• Enhance valuation methodologies and contribute to best practices.
• Represent the company in client meetings and industry events.
