Job summary

VS Adriano & Associates Co in the Philippines is seeking a licensed Property Appraiser to support infrastructure projects. The role requires a Professional License from PRC with PRBRES registration and BSP accreditation, and proven experience valuing land, improvements, and crops affected by ROW projects.

You will conduct appraisals, collaborate with project teams to feed valuation data into planning, and review related consulting outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance across development

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Professional License from the PRC and PRBRES registration.
• Accredited by BSP or BSP-recognized professional appraisers’ association.
• Experience determining fair market value of land, replacement cost of structures, and crops/trees affected by projects.

• Conduct property appraisals for lands and structures affected by ROW requirements

• Review outputs from consulting services: Detailed Engineering Design
• Review outputs from consulting services: Laboratory Testing & Analysis
• Review outputs from consulting services: Geotechnical Investigations

• Support structural and land development projects ensuring accurate valuations

• Proven experience in determining:

• Fair market value of land

• Replacement cost of structures/improvements

• Fair market value of crops and trees affected by projects
