Job summary

Malayan Savings Bank is seeking a property appraisal specialist to conduct on-site inspections across Cebu. You will gather data, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed appraisal reports in line with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include verifying documents, coordinating with clients and brokers, and ensuring timely report submissions. The role requires an engineering or real estate management background; licenses are advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Engineering course or Real Estate Management; fresh graduates welcome.
• Licensed Engineer or Registered Real Estate Appraiser is an advantage, but not required.
• With work experience in property appraisal is a plus.

• Gather and analyze relevant data such as property condition, location, and market trends
• Prepare accurate and detailed appraisal reports in accordance with company and regulatory standards
• Determine property values using appropriate valuation methods and tools
• Verify legal documents, titles, and property ownership details
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, and internal teams regarding appraisal requirements
• Ensure timely submission of appraisal reports and updates
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all appraised properties
• Provide support in market research and property valuation studies
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned
