Qualifications

• Engineering or Real Estate Management degree required or preferred.
• Licensed Engineer or Registered Real Estate Appraiser is an advantage, but not required.
• Work experience in property appraisal is a plus.
• Willing to conduct field work and travel to various property locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspection of residential, commercial, and industrial properties in South Luzon.
• Gather and analyze relevant data such as property condition, location, and market trends.
• Prepare accurate and detailed appraisal reports in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Determine property values using appropriate valuation methods and tools.
• Verify legal documents, titles, and property ownership details.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, and internal teams regarding appraisal requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of appraisal reports and updates.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all appraised properties.
• Provide support in market research and property valuation studies.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.
