Job summary

The Doing Co, an outsourcing agency specialising in remote professionals, is seeking a Success Manager to coach and support VAs working with international clients. You will lead onboarding, coaching calls, and feedback processes to ensure VAs grow with confidence and ownership.

You will collaborate with internal teams, drive consistent practices, and foster a culture of recognition and growth across remote VAs.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation skills and a habit of building repeatable systems.

Responsibilities

• Run welcome calls and onboarding sessions for new VAs, tailoring each onboarding timeline to the client's industry and the VA's experience.
• Make sure each new VA is confident using the client's tools and workflows.
• Work with our HR & Recruitment Specialist so the move from onboarding into coaching is seamless.
• Coordinate with our client-facing team so each VA starts with a clear picture of what the client needs.
• Run weekly individual VA check-ins to guide early performance.
• Pair new VAs with a peer mentor for their first month.
• Run regular one-on-one coaching calls focused on each VA's performance and growth.
• Coach on communication, time management, and taking ownership of their work.
• Use client feedback and KPIs to coach for improvement and to celebrate wins

Job description

You'll make sure our VAs feel confident, supported and set up for long-term success. You'll pick up each new VA from their first week, run regular coaching calls, give clear and constructive feedback, and build a team culture where remote VAs are proactive, take ownership of their work, and grow with confidence. You'll work closely with our VAs and our internal team, so our clients get high-performing, well-supported VAs that feel valued and supported in their roles.
