Job summary

Stefanini Philippines, Inc. is seeking an ESM Operations & Transformation Specialist to support IT GFS Enterprise Service Management. You will contribute to operational improvements, ServiceNow housekeeping, documentation and special assignments across product teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data-quality, reporting, and transformation activities, with flexible assignments and a pragmatic, independent work style in a Microsoft 365 environment, onsite with the team in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Practical ServiceNow or IT service management experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow tasks through to completion.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Professional English and strong Microsoft 365 skills.
• ITIL, project coordination or process-improvement experience is helpful.

Role purpose

Support IT GFS Enterprise Service Management with operational improvements, ServiceNow housekeeping, documentation and special assignments. The role provides flexible capacity wherever additional support is needed.
