• Quality Assurance across workflows and data accuracy.
• Rating/quoting support activities provided when needed.
• Maintain comprehensive policy file documentation and file setups.
• Engage in User Acceptance Testing as required.
• Perform file audits to ensure compliance and completeness.
• Interact with team and customers to complete deliverables.
• Communicate issues or queries promptly for quick resolutions.
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes as needed.
