Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an Operations Analyst to interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The role requires accuracy and consistent adherence to service level requirements.

You will work with multiple systems to generate reports, prepare documents, and communicate with teammates and customers to ensure timely deliverables. Strong Excel and Word skills and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Job Description

The operations analyst is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements.

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas:
  • Submission Clearance
  • Policy & Endorsement rating and Issuance
  • Compliance
  • Auto
  • Other operations, as needed
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications
• Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables
• Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed

Required Skills/Experience

• Microsoft Excel and Word
• Microsoft Office Suite
