About the role

Top Manning Services Corporation is seeking a dedicated and reliable Utility Worker to join our team in Silang, Cavite. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and well-organised facilities. As a Utility Worker, you will be responsible for performing essential cleaning and maintenance tasks that directly contribute to the professional appearance and hygiene standards of our client facilities. Your work will ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and that their environments remain clean, welcoming, and properly maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of floors, walls, and surfaces throughout assigned areas

• Empty and replace waste bins and rubbish containers in a timely and hygienic manner

• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and bathroom fixtures

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, staircases, and entrance areas

• Dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with company procedures and environmental guidelines

• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, moving furniture, and restocking supplies as required

• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately

• Follow all health and safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and chemical products safely and responsibly

• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct yourself in a courteous manner when interacting with clients and colleagues

• Work flexibly to meet the cleaning schedules and operational requirements of assigned facilities

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in cleaning services, facility maintenance, or a similar role is preferred but not essential

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Physical capability to perform manual labour, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Reliability and consistent punctuality in attendance

• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations
