Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the role

We are looking for a hardworking, and flexible Janitor / Utility Staff to maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall upkeep of our Production Area. This role requires someone who is hands‑on, flexible, and willing to help maintain the overall cleanliness and orderliness of a busy production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production/fabrication area
• Clean and maintain offices, comfort rooms, conference rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, dust, collect and dispose of garbage properly
• Assist in keeping the workplace clean and organized, especially in areas where fabrication, vehicle repair, assembly, and other production activities are being conducted
• Help maintain cleanliness before, during, and after production activities
• Assist with basic utility tasks and other reasonable duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
• Work cooperatively with production and other departments when assistance is needed
• Follow company rules, safety procedures, and proper workplace practices

About you

• Willing to perform hands‑on tasks
• Willing to work in a production/fabrication environment
• Comfortable working in an area that may be dusty, dirty, or messy due to ongoing fabrication and vehicle-related activities
• Flexible and willing to assist with various tasks beyond regular cleaning duties
• Respectful and cooperative when working with supervisors and other employees
• Can follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Previous experience as a Janitor, Utility Staff, Housekeeping Staff, or similar role is an advantage
