Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks across assigned areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting).

• Clean and sanitise restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors).
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report issues or defects.
• Restock supplies (toilet paper, towels, soap) in restrooms and common areas.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols while performing duties.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Utility professional to join our team in Caloocan City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of our facilities. The Utility position is essential to our organisation, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a clean and pleasant environment for all who use our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting

• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in accordance with health and safety regulations

• Clean and sanitise restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors

• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues or defects

• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap in restrooms and common areas

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols whilst carrying out duties

• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and address spillages or hazards immediately

• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and completed tasks

• Work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and facility requirements

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in cleaning services, facility maintenance, or a similar cleaning-related role is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning and facility maintenance

• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, tools, and chemical products, with an understanding of their safe use

• Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently to meet cleaning schedules

• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic
