• Extensive background supervising technical and maintenance personnel is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with energy management and sustainability practices is a plus.
• Above average analytical and coordination skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office.
