Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer with specialization in chemical, mechanical, electrical, or electronics.

The position contributes to the business by ensuring the reliable, efficient, and safe operation of utility systems to support plant operations. The role is responsible for managing energy resources, optimizing utility performance, and implementing initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce operating costs, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Engineer (Chemical Engineer, Professional Mechanical Engineer, Professional Electrical Engineer, or Electronics Engineer).
• Must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in industrial utilities and energy management.
• Must be precision-oriented with strong risk assessment skills.
• Must possess deep expertise in steam systems, power distribution, and energy auditing.
• Must be analytical and capable of identifying opportunities for process and energy efficiency improvements.
• Must be able to act ethically and honestly, uphold organizational values, and comply with the Company's Code of Ethics.
• Background in manufacturing or feed milling operations is an advantage.
