Job summary

Gratitude Philippines urgently seeks a USRN Training Supervisor to lead and oversee training operations, ensuring clinical knowledge transfer and high-quality performance standards. The role supports the El Paso Account with a temporary work arrangement (WFH) across BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, and Clark, Pampanga, with shifting schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Salary is ₱73,000–₱80,000 per month, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license – any state.
• 1–2 years of Trainer experience in BPO/CPO.
• Experience leading a team.
• At least 2 years of recent clinical/hospital experience.
• Strong clinical background in Orthopedics, ER, ICU, Neurology, Occupational Medicine, or Rehabilitation is an advantage.
• Experience with Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness.
• Teaching credentials/certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical/clinical documentation and summary writing.
• Ability to make sound clinical decisions using guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise training operations while delivering effective clinical knowledge transfer and ensuring training quality and performance standards are met.
• Coordinate validation and knowledge transfer processes, monitor trainee performance, and drive continuous improvement in training programs.
• Collaborate with clinical experts and operations leadership to ensure compliance with guidelines and quality metrics.
