Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an Active USRN with utilization review/management and QA experience for a USRN QA Specialist - Non-Voice role. The position is hybrid with temporary work-from-home options and shifting schedules to support both El Paso & Hartford accounts.

Qualifications
