Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a USRN QA Specialist (Non-Voice) for a hybrid setup across the Philippines. The role requires bedside experience, QA and Utilization Review expertise, and an active USRN license.

You will support non-voice QA processes in a BPO/CPO environment, working shifts with start ASAP, and a fixed PHP 60,000 package. This position offers hybrid work arrangements across Taguig, Cebu, Davao, Clark, and Pampanga.

Qualifications
