Nezda Technologies, Inc. is urgently hiring a US Registered Nurse with New York license to assist patients with prescriptions, visits, and test result questions using Epic MyChart, remote triage, and counseling.

The role requires a BS Nursing with active Philippine RN, 2+ years in acute care, night shift availability, strong communication, and solid EMR skills. Benefits include medical coverage and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Registered Nurse – New York Licensed.
• BS Nursing with active Philippines Registered Nurse.
• At least 2 years in Acute Department (ER, OR, ICU, NICU, etc.).
• Night shift availability.
• Demonstrates critical and independent thinking.
• Ability to educate patients on chronic conditions.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal).
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and EMR.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with prescriptions, follow-ups, and test questions.
• Triage unread messages from the in-basket throughout the day.
• Reach out to patients by telephone for urgent issues and coordinate with local site.
• Review charts and respond to patients via Epic MyChart.
• Route requests needing clinical assistance to the appropriate pool or provider.
• Process medication refill requests and route to provider.
• Document in Epic EHR through MyChart encounters.
• Review and route to local administrative pool when appropriate.
• Document appropriately in Epic EHR.
