Job summary

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is hiring a US-licensed Registered Nurse (NY) to support patient care and triage through Epic MyChart. The role requires 2+ years in acute settings and night shifts to cover urgent and non-urgent medical inquiries.

The successful candidate will review messages, perform chart reviews, educate patients on chronic conditions, and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR. A strong customer service orientation is essential.

Qualifications

Must be a US Registered Nurse with New York license
BS Nursing with active Philippines Registered Nurse
2+ years acute department clinical experience (ER/OR/ICU/NICU)
Amenable to night shift
Strong critical thinking and independent decision making
Excellent communication via telephone and electronic channels
Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

Assist patients with prescriptions, visits, non-urgent medical queries, and test results
Triage unread messages by reviewing the in-basket throughout the day
Contact patients by telephone for urgent issues and coordinate with local sites via phone or email
Perform chart review and respond to patients through Epic MyChart
Route requests needing clinical assistance to the appropriate provider
Process medication refill requests and route to provider
Document in the Epic EHR through MyChart encounters
Route to local site administrative pool when appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
