Job summary

Staffing for Doctors is seeking two US Registered Nurses to join our clinical team as Biopsy Care Coordinators. You will lead biopsy follow-up communications, review lab results, and provide clear clinical guidance to patients.

This is a full-time, remote role with a Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). Applicants must have a USRN license and dermatology/outpatient experience, with strong English and ModMed EMA EMR familiarity.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license (unencumbered).
• Outstanding English communication with neutral accent.
• Prior dermatology outpatient or similar clinical experience preferred.
• Hands-on EMR experience with ModMed EMA or similar.

Responsibilities

• Review biopsy reports and lab results for accuracy and urgency.
• Contact patients to communicate results and answer clinical questions.
• Document interactions, results, and care plans in the EMR.
• Coordinate with providers on abnormal or urgent findings.
