Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a US Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based roles, from sourcing through onboarding. The role focuses on healthcare talent and collaboration with US hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience for US clients, healthcare recruiting expertise, and proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards. This position is based in the Philippines and requires strong stakeholder management and pipeline

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based roles/clients.
• Healthcare recruitment experience is required.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals.
• Experience with U.S.-based hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for U.S.-based positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, initial screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Conduct reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements as applicable.
• Prepare and facilitate job offers and coordinate pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity within the ATS.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience.
• Support recruitment campaigns, talent mapping, market research, and other sourcing initiatives.
• Stay updated on talent market trends and effective sourcing strategies for U.S. healthcare talent.
• Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with applicable policies and requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals.
• Experience working with U.S.-based hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
• Experience in healthcare organizations, recruitment agencies, RPOs, or consulting firms specializing in healthcare talent is highly preferred.
