Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end US payroll administration or accounting.
• Experience with ADP software and payroll processes.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret English documents; strong written and verbal communication with US-based employees.

Responsibilities

• Enter new hires into ADP in collaboration with HR.
• Compile and enter employee time and payroll data into Excel spreadsheets.
• Enter payroll data in collaboration with HR.
• Conduct accuracy checks on payroll information, including taxes, before transmitting payroll.
• Process checks that will be mailed or delivered to employees.
• Handle employee phone calls regarding payroll issues.
• Produce applicable payroll reports as requested.
• Deliver ADP reports to accounting and payroll managers.
• Assist Payroll Team Lead with development and implementation of payroll processes.
