Voyagu, Inc. is building its first Philippines team in Manila and seeks experienced travel sales professionals to own a book of premium U.S. clients. You will sell international business and first class tickets, qualify warm inbound requests, and deliver premium service with long-term client relationships.

Night-shift hours align with U.S. time zones; strong English and a track record of meeting sales targets are essential for success and growth into leadership roles as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of travel sales experience with U.S. or international customers.
• Excellent, confident English (C1+).
• Proven ability to hit sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling instincts and value protection.
• Demonstrated problem solving, learning agility and resilience under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Qualify warm inbound requests and turn them into closed deals.
• Identify client travel needs and match them with the right option.
• Guide clients through business and first class options to close deals.
• Deliver premium customer care to earn loyalty and referrals.
• Build relationships and become a trusted travel partner.
• Collaborate in a team of 4–6 agents with a team leader.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Work hours synced with U.S. time zones: night shift Manila time (9:00 PM–6:00 AM).
