Job summary

COMRISE Japan is seeking a US Healthcare Recruiter for UP Technohub, Quezon City. The role is a 12-month contract with on-site work for 6 months and hybrid thereafter, supporting US client demands in healthcare staffing.

You will manage end-to-end US healthcare recruitment, including travelers, doctors and allied health roles, with a background in RPO/agency or in-house recruiting and strong communication skills. Night shift alignment with US hours is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year US Healthcare recruitment experience.
• 3+ years in US recruitment overall.
• Background in RPO/agency/in-house recruitment.
• Strong end-to-end experience in US healthcare recruitment.
• Experience filling roles for US travel nurses/doctors/allied health.
• Willing to work night shift / US hours.
• Willing to work on-site in UP Technohub, QC.
