Job summary

COMRISE Japan in Taguig City is seeking a motivated Recruiter with at least 1 year of US recruitment experience, preferably in Healthcare and/or Hospitality, to join our growing team. Work Location is 100% Onsite for the initial months, then transitions to a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of US recruitment experience is required.
• Experience in Healthcare and/or Hospitality recruitment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with US recruitment practices, job boards, candidate sourcing, and screening techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work US business hours, if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Recruit candidates for US-based healthcare and hospitality positions.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates qualifications, experience, and suitability for client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and applicant databases.
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
