Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support IT initiatives, digital transformation, and business process improvements in the US Healthcare sector. The role bridges business needs with technology, requiring strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and persuasive presentations.

The ideal candidate has a background in IT or Computer Science Engineering, hands-on US Healthcare domain experience, and comfort working with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in IT, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering‑related roles.
• At least 2 years of experience in the US Healthcare industry, including CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health technology environments.
• Experience working on IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with clients, executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Support IT, digital transformation, and business process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement‑gathering sessions, and project presentations.
• Work with Agile and Waterfall project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and potential automation solutions.
• Support change management activities and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Prepare business documentation, reports, presentations, and project updates.
• Communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively to clients, executives, and technical audiences.
• Explore opportunities involving AI/ML and agentic systems in healthcare operations.
