Qualifications

• Graduate or Master’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science Engineering.
• 5 years in Information Technology, plus at least 2+ years in US healthcare (CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health tech).
• Experience in IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exposure to cross-functional and stakeholder management activities.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills; able to engage clients, executives, and technical audiences.
